Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label when applicable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Downloads – Final Sale

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are generally nonrefundable once the file or download link has been delivered, including our printable planners, organizers, and other downloadable products.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for digital files after delivery, including for changes of mind.

If you receive an incorrect file, experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, or find that your download is defective or not as described, please contact us at support@cherishedtreasuresforall.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement file or refund when appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

• Custom or personalized products, including special orders

• Personal care goods

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Digital downloads after delivery, subject to the exceptions described above

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except where required by law.

Exchanges

For eligible physical products, the fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable, customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions.

For eligible physical products, you may exercise this right within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Returned items should be in their original condition, subject to applicable consumer rights.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins only where the applicable legal requirements have been met, including any required express consent and acknowledgment from the customer.

Our digital-download final-sale policy does not override statutory withdrawal or refund rights.

Refunds

For physical returns, we'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD — NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED. Due to the nature of digital files, purchases are generally final sale once delivered, except for defective files, delivery issues, or where required by law.
